U Marè was born from the passion of a 34-year-old young entrepreneur who grew up surrounded by the scents and colors of Marzamemi, Portopalo, and Pachino — three corners of Sicily where the sea is still the absolute protagonist of daily life.

Here, where the Mediterranean waters merge with those of the Mediterranean, tradition is handed down from generation to generation: bluefin tuna processed with artisanal care, Pachino tomatoes dried under the scorching July sun, local fish preserves prepared according to ancient recipes, and wines born from vineyards kissed by a sun that knows no moderation.
